Performance and Reporting Manager - Defence

Turner & Townsend Group is seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reporting Manager to join our Defence team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance reporting and project controls services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance reporting processes to drive efficiency and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop performance management plans and ensure effective project controls.
  • Lead the implementation of performance reporting systems and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with project controls.
  • Provide training and coaching to project teams on performance reporting and project controls best practices.
  • Manage and maintain performance reporting hierarchies and approaches, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measures dictionary.
  • Lead teams of project controls professionals to deliver high-quality performance information to clients.
  • Present performance recovery recommendations to stakeholders and senior management to inform decision-making.

As a Performance and Reporting Manager, you will have a strong background in project controls and performance reporting, with experience in implementing Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance reporting and analysis. You will also have a basic familiarity with project controls software and data analysis tools.
