Job Title: Property Assets Manager

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for a Property Assets Manager to join our team in Bexleyheath. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of strategic asset management, ensuring that the land and buildings portfolio is fit for purpose, cost-effective, and supports the effective delivery of current and future services across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of strategic asset management, ensuring the property portfolio aligns with the needs of service departments and delivers maximum value.
  • Provide strategic direction, leadership, and management of the Asset Management Framework, including the development and implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of service-based asset plans, strategic property reviews, and locality reviews, while fostering strong relationships with senior leaders internally and externally.
  • Support the commissioning and delivery of the Capital Programme by working collaboratively with other departments to ensure that land and property assets are managed effectively.
  • Lead on the management of Property Data Management systems to facilitate evidence-based decision-making and ensure the ongoing performance of the property portfolio is effectively monitored and reported.

This is a full-time, temporary assignment offering £659.90 per day Umbrella LTD (£500 per day PAYE).
