Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties, delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors
  • Arrange and monitor works and repairs
  • Carry out property inspections and report to landlords
  • Mediate between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
  • Service of notices, S21 and S8
  • Attend court hearings/bailiff appointments
Requirements:
  • Team player
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of properties
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
  • UK Driver's Licence and own car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
