We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Property Surveyor to join our client's team on a 6-month contract. The role will be based in either Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle and will involve providing technical advice and assurance on asset management matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical advice and oversight on all asset management matters
  • Lead on issues associated with the occupation of property
  • Develop and implement property management strategies

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PQE in a similar role
  • MRICS or FRICS qualified
