Property Management Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Manager to join our team at PrimaArdelle Associates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties, delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
  • Oversee a team of Property Managers
  • Manage the end of tenancy process
  • Read visit reports and advise landlords on contents
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors
  • Liaise with lettings negotiators across the network
  • Arrange and monitor works and repairs
  • Mediate between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
  • Service of notices, S21 and S8
  • Attend court hearings/bailiff appointments
  • Complaint escalations
  • Be the point of contact for the Head of Property Management
Requirements:
  • A team player
  • Experience to oversee a team of Property Managers
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of properties
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
  • UK Driver's Licence and own car
