Property Manager Opportunity

Fantastic opportunity with a market leading independent estate agent.

My client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

As a Property Manager, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties; delivering a fast, effective and professional service to Landlords.

You need to be conscientious, hard-working and driven to produce results.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the initiative to problem solve.

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
  • Liaising with lettings negotiators across network

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • A team player
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of properties
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
  • UK Driver's Licence and own car

Salary: £28/30,000 basic, £31/33,000 OTE.
