The Senior Campaign Strategist will collaborate effectively with Business Partners and stakeholders to analyze briefs and deliver intricate creative solutions that align with our marketing strategies across various regions.

We are a distinguished firm of advisors, operating globally, in partnership with our clients to provide them with enduring value. Our Marketing and Communications & Digital (MCD) team supports both UK and International offices in developing and executing relevant strategies and marketing initiatives. Our objective is to maximize brand visibility across multiple channels, safeguarding and enhancing our firm's reputation while generating high-quality inquiries in both commercial and residential sectors.

Knight Frank seeks a seasoned 'Senior Campaign Manager' who will work in conjunction with Marketing Managers and the delivery team to oversee creative briefs from inception to asset delivery. This individual will assist teams in producing complex creative solutions and business-as-usual assets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will be accountable for maintaining brand integrity, delivering high-quality work, and adhering to timelines.

By partnering with the Creative Services Team regarding resource needs and collaborating with Campaign Executives, you will identify suitable third-party partners to execute and deliver our templated campaign creative and assist in the process.

Reporting to the Campaign Delivery Manager, you will keep them informed on all project developments, continually seeking more efficient methods to deliver assets to the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers across various regions to execute campaigns and events while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Analyze the Creative Brief and, alongside the Creative Delivery Manager, select the most suitable third-party creative supplier to guide the asset creation from production to launch.
  • Utilize the Knight Frank Digital Asset Management (DAM) system effectively to manage workflow and store assets, championing DAM governance.
  • Develop and manage a project timeline/Gantt chart that outlines all activities and milestones related to campaign progression and delivery.
  • Proactively identify necessary inputs from marketing and business stakeholders, presenting concepts and ideas, and agreeing on feedback and next steps.
  • Coordinate with key channel teams (digital, social, content, and events) as well as PR and Internal Communications for input and execution, ensuring clear briefings to advance campaign delivery.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all creative assets meet the brand and quality standards expected of Knight Frank.
  • Adhere to departmental SLAs, consistently completing projects on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Set up campaign tracking (e.g., UTM, campaign codes) and ensure accurate tracking of all assets in the reporting dashboard, collaborating with the data team for precision.
  • Work closely with the delivery and production team to implement best practices across Campaign or business-as-usual templated delivery, ensuring that all assets are accessible to our global partners across all relevant channels.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns utilizing the complete marketing mix.
  • Exhibit strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate confidently and articulately with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
  • Show proactivity, hands-on engagement, and a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Exhibit creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain a flexible, adaptable, and cooperative attitude; able to work efficiently independently or as part of a larger team.
