Customer Service and Administrative Support

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to support our client in the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the department with a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring effective implementation of service standards.
- Represent the department by answering telephone inquiries and welcoming visitors.
- Support the Head of Department and programme area staff by creating professional business documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, letters, reports, and online purchase requisitions.
- Arrange relevant trips for the department.
- Maintain the internal database.
Requirements:
- Experience of working effectively in an office based environment.
- Experience of working effectively in a customer focused environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
