Pertemps is currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to support our client in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the department with a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks, ensuring effective implementation of service standards.
  • Represent the department by answering telephone inquiries and welcoming visitors.
  • Support the Head of Department and programme area staff by creating professional business documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, letters, reports, and online purchase requisitions.
  • Arrange relevant trips for the department.
  • Maintain the internal database.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working effectively in an office based environment.
  • Experience of working effectively in a customer focused environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
