Part Time Office Administrator

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a part time Administrator to support our client in the Public Sector.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including customer service, data entry, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and edit business documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, letters, and reports, to ensure high-quality output.
- Support the team by arranging travel and accommodations as needed.
- Maintain the internal database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
