About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Gloucester Quays. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of floor managers and stylists to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of floor managers and stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of monthly floor sets and visual merchandising.
  • Provide leadership and support to stylist team members with customer queries and issues.
  • Work closely with the brand leader to resolve employee-related matters and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive business growth.
About the Location

Our outlet store in Gloucester Quays has been open since 2013 and is a popular destination for customers. The store is located in a busy shopping area and offers a wide range of products.
