About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You'll be the face of Costa Coffee in your store, embodying our values of Passion, Warmth, Trust, and Courage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in the store
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Collaborate with the wider Costa Coffee team to share best practices and drive business growth

About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced leader who is passionate about coffee and customer service. You'll have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You'll be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with your team, customers, and stakeholders.
