Store Manager - Gloucester Quays Drive Thru - Permanent

At Costa Coffee, we're passionate about serving great coffee and creating memorable moments for our customers. As a Store Manager, you'll be leading from the front, taking your store to new heights with your experience, resourcefulness, and wonderful team.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a perfect space for customers to enjoy our coffee, drumming up fresh ideas to meet their ever-changing wants and needs, and taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, training, and reward and recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage stock, labour, and training to optimize store performance
  • Implement effective reward and recognition programs to motivate team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
About You

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager who is a natural leader, with a commercial mind and the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture. You'll be a brand ambassador, inspiring your team to get buzzed about the business and creating a positive customer experience.
