About the Role

As a Store Manager at CV-Library, you will be responsible for leading a team to create a culture where customer experience is the best in the market, in line with our brand values. You will work hard to get the best out of your store's commercial performance, treating it as if it was your own business, always thinking of new ways to improve your offering.

  • Build and manage relationships with the local community

We are looking for a passionate and experienced retail professional who has a track record of leading teams and driving business results. You will have a passion for spotting and developing talent, and a passion for rolling up your sleeves to support the team in delivering store objectives.

Working Hours

As a Store Manager, your hours will be driven by the needs of your customers and the business. You will work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
