Position: Store Manager

Location: Gloucester

We are seeking a driven and hard-working individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent shopping experience for our customers, reviewing sales performance, and ensuring measures are put in place to drive sales. You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and motivating staff to achieve store objectives, ensuring all company standards are implemented and maintained, and ensuring the health and safety of the store and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers
  • Reviewing sales performance and driving sales
  • Delivering on KPIs and profitability
  • Recruiting, managing, and motivating staff
  • Ensuring company standards are implemented and maintained
  • Health and safety of the store and colleagues

  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Team player with a 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to control costs and availability of stock
  • Commercially and target-driven
