Position: Store Manager

Store: Gloucester

Salary: Up to £26,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Poundstretcher in Gloucester. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve store objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and store operations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
