Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, including the Google Stack and other key platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and reports, ensuring client satisfaction and ROI.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign success, presenting findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- At least one year's worth of digital agency experience, preferably in a client services role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing mix and ability to develop effective campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decisions and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
