Business Performance Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team of subject matter experts. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze industry and market data to support business decisions
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements
- Support Senior Analysts: Provide support to senior business analysts and project managers in various project lifecycle activities
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Solution Implementation: Assist in the implementation of business solutions
- Create and maintain reports that track project progress, performance metrics, and other key indicators
- Bachelor's degree (2:1) or higher in a related subject (e.g. Business Analytics, Business Management, Business Information Systems or Computer Science) or equivalent experience in a related role
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst
- Well-developed core consulting skills e.g. research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset – an analytical, innovative, and creative approach
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite; specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A worthy team player dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team and the business
