As a key practitioner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our clients' requirements with effective technical solutions. Your primary duty will be to mentor and guide the team on the principles and values of the Scaled Agile Framework, as well as the Scrum methodology.

In this position, you will oversee deliverables and maintain client stakeholder relationships while providing solutions for our clients through agile methodologies. You will frequently collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams across various industries, subject matters, and locations.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


• Crafting comprehensive performance testing strategies for effective test delivery


• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to clarify Non-functional Requirements


• Advising on testing tools and optimizing their use within testing activities


• Evaluating non-functional testing practices and coaching the team on areas for improvement


• Partnering with other technical teams to establish and deliver necessary test environments, data, tools, and monitors


• Building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at the client

Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with one or more relevant technologies:


• In-depth understanding of the performance testing lifecycle from planning to execution and reporting


• Experience in testing within an agile delivery framework


• Proven expertise in writing, maintaining, and executing performance test scripts


• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, K6, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad


• Familiarity with solution architecture for cloud applications, including AWS, Azure, or GCP


• AWS Cloud Certification is advantageous; knowledge of other cloud providers is also beneficial


• Strong grasp of application monitoring and expertise in tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics


• Experience in client-facing roles


• ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent experience


• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Proven technical capabilities combined with strong business insight


• Keen attention to detail


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic client environment


• Strong academic background


• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams

Additional desirable qualifications include:


• A successful track record in a top-tier consultancy


• Strong Agile experience, with knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies


• Experience with protocol-based monitoring tools such as Fiddler


• Demonstrable experience in systems tuning and optimization


• Exposure to Non-Functional Testing in a DevOps context
