About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within a wide range of hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop business relationships with surgeons, consultants, nurses, ward managers, and other key stakeholders within hospitals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements
  • Strong desire to get into medical sales.
  • New business-focussed sales professional with a proven track record of cold calling and closing deals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £42,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission of £22,000 to £35,000.
  • Car allowance of £625 per month.
  • Benefits including healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + stats, European trip incentives, and rewards.
