Simpson Judge Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate HR reporting and analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. This will involve utilising iTrent experience to provide expert insights and partnering with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae and data analysis, as well as experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
* Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyse data trends and provide expert insights
* Analyse large data sets to identify trends, variances, and recommend efficiency improvements
* Handle organisational structure changes within the HR system

Requirements:

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae and data analysis
* Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors
* Strong understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team
