Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join our team as a Claims Lawyer. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims, including property, construction, and consumer contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and advise on legal expense cover
  • Be involved in training, supervising, and developing more junior staff as appropriate
  • Handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims

Requirements

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Newly qualified solicitors will be considered – as long as you have completed a litigation seat/have broad litigation experience
  • Experience handling Legal Expense Funded Cases would be very helpful, but not essential
