Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at Aspire Recruitment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for all administration duties, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside our sales team to complete pre and post-sale administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • Validate energy invoices using our in-house portal.
  • Provide daily updates on industry and supplier changes.
  • Complete sales-related audit and compliance tasks.
  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and submission to suppliers.
  • Process information and follow up on pricing requests.
  • Oversee the front sheet policy and manage the company CRM system.
  • Prepare sales and commission reports.
  • Conduct daily paradigm checks and manage monthly forecasts.
  • Process payments and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in an energy environment.
  • Previous administrative experience in a busy sales environment.
  • Previous administrative experience in a financial environment (desirable).
Person Specification:
  • Strong team work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft applications.
  • Customer service-focused attitude.
