Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our vibrant team at Aspire Recruitment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for all administration duties, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our sales team to complete pre and post-sale administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Validate energy invoices using our in-house portal and provide daily updates on industry and supplier changes.
- Complete sales-related audit and compliance tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Manage sales contracts, ensuring they are drawn up and submitted to suppliers with precision.
- Process information, follow up on pricing requests, and manage the front sheet policy with ease.
- Utilize our CRM system to prepare sales and commission reports, providing valuable insights for our team.
- Perform daily paradigm checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
- Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, payments received, and purchases made by the company.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Process commission statements from our customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Minimum 12 months of experience within an energy environment.
- Previous administrative experience within a busy sales environment.
- Previous administrative experience within a financial environment (desirable).
- Strong team work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft applications.
- Customer service-focused attitude.
- 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays.
