Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process orders, returns, and escalate issues as required
  • Maintain accurate customer records using a bespoke CRM
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including raising quotes and processing shipping paperwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in office procedures and clerical tasks
  • Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
  • Prior experience in administration is required, with export documentation being an advantage
