Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Team Member to join our team at YHA London Lee Valley. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide warm and friendly customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Housekeeping: Assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist with food and beverage preparation and service, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
