Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging classroom and workshop-based learning sessions to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required in apprenticeships.
  • Manage a caseload of apprentices, ensuring timely progress and providing valuable feedback to support their growth.
  • Embed Maths and English skills into teaching sessions to enhance learners' overall development.
  • Collaborate with employers to ensure practical skills are reinforced and learners are well-prepared for their end-point assessments.
  • Motivate learners and address any barriers to success, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and produce timely reports based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications (minimum Level 3).
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths, English, and ICT (or willingness to obtain).
  • Teaching qualifications (Cert Ed/CTTLS/DTTLS).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with employers and learners.
