We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Learning Coach to guide and inspire apprentices through their learning journey. This role involves coaching, tutoring, and assessing learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required in their apprenticeships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embedding Maths and English skills into teaching sessions
- Contributing to high-quality learning materials and continuous improvement
- Supporting learners in achieving their qualifications in Maths and English where required
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience and qualifications (minimum Level 3)
- Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths, English, and ICT (or willingness to obtain)
- Teaching qualifications (Cert Ed/CTTLS/DTTLS)
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Flexible working pattern
- Competitive salary up to £31,500 and pension contributions
