Virtual Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at Solis Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage content that resonates with our target audience, including creative copy, graphics, and videos.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all social media channels.
- Develop and manage seasonal and promotional content calendars, coordinating with key stakeholders to align with broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyse social media performance and produce regular reports, using data to refine strategies and improve results.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective content strategies.
- Expertise in defining brand guidelines and creating compelling branded content that drives engagement.
- A portfolio showcasing content created with a clean finish from the Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Home or Furniture industries.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and video editing software.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce content that stands out.
- A proactive approach to staying ahead of social media trends and leveraging new opportunities.
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
- A hybrid working environment with two days per week in the Central London office.
