Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and objectives
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient stockroom operations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales
  • Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all staff
Requirements:
  • Experience in a warehouse or stockroom management role in retail or hospitality
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Results-driven and resilient with a commercial mindset
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
