Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and managed.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Counterbalance forklift license preferred, with experience working in cold store environments advantageous.
