We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Chargehand to lead our team of warehouse operatives at our Newton Abbot Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily picks are actioned in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with the picking and loading of goods for next day deliveries
  • Conduct daily stock replenishment and maintain good stock rotation
  • Work closely with the team to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures

  • A competitive salary of £27,564.00 + bonuses
