  • Stock Replenishment: Conduct daily replenishment of stock, ensuring that all shelves are fully stocked and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner, with all equipment and tools properly stored and maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a counterbalance forklift license, with experience working in cold store environments an advantage.
  • Physical Demands: Must be physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and lead a team.
