Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at RRS National Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Picking and Packing: Supervise the picking and packing of orders, ensuring that products are accurately selected and packaged for shipment.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the warehouse, such as stock discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in inventory management software.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $27,564 per annum.
  • Bonus Structure: Achievable monthly bonus equating to $720 per annum.
