About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our homes, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement support plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior support worker or team leader role
