Responsibilities:
As a Senior Leisure Professional / Duty Manager, your duties will include:
1. Assisting in the daily operations of the health club, including opening and closing procedures;
2. Performing reception tasks such as handling membership inquiries and processing sign-ups;
3. Welcoming members and guests;
4. Supporting the Club Manager in achieving sales and retention goals;
5. Developing and reviewing fitness programs;
6. Lifeguarding duties;
7. Motivating and organizing the staff team during shifts;
8. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld;
9. Conducting pool and spa water testing and managing chemical adjustments as necessary;
10. Performing pool plant maintenance;
11. Creating a friendly, enjoyable, and safe environment for all members, guests, and colleagues.
Essential Skills and Qualities:

- Proficient swimming capabilities
Note: A swim test will be conducted as part of the selection process.
Qualifications:
While having current Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, and Pool Plant certifications is advantageous, we offer full training and support to help the right candidate obtain these qualifications.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position (32 / 40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling across a 7-day shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
