Plant Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
