Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000

Our client, a prominent company in the Tool, Plant, and Powered Access rental sector operating across the country, is seeking a committed Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Equipment Maintenance Coordinator:
  • Responding to Inquiries: Addressing rental and service inquiries through phone, email, and our digital ordering platform.
  • Breakdown Coordination: Overseeing customer calls and organizing prompt engineer responses to equipment failures.
  • Job Card Oversight: Maintaining and updating job cards in the internal system while ensuring efficient job allocation.
  • Equipment Status Monitoring: Verifying machine availability and keeping their status current in our databases.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with engineering and logistics teams to guarantee that the appropriate equipment is prepared and dispatched to client locations.
  • Client Relations: Providing effective communication with team members and serving as a friendly contact for depot-related inquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Relevant Experience: Background in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
