Are you an enthusiastic leader with a commitment to exceptional customer service? We are looking for a skilled Housing Services Operations Manager to join our organization and enhance the quality of our Housing Responsive Repairs contact centre.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of outstanding customer service to our residents, callers, and online users.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, developing, and managing a team of Customer Service Advisers.
  • Improving customer access through digital and online platforms.
  • Implementing and overseeing service enhancements while collaborating with contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
