Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: General Store Manager

Position Overview:

As the leader of your designated area, you will be pivotal in upholding service excellence, customer satisfaction, and the overall cleanliness of the Front of House. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and enhancing profitability while fostering a positive work atmosphere for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front of House activities
  • Ensure customer service aligns with company expectations
  • Effectively address and resolve customer issues
  • Train, inspire, and develop team members
  • Manage stock levels and inventory
  • Adhere to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager
  • Prepare and submit daily reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience in the food service sector
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Understanding of customer service management
