Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to achieve high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensure that all Front of House areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including inventory management and ordering.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Management Team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Restaurant Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or equivalent role in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
