Job Title: Back of House Shift Leader

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back of House Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and guest care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Back of House team to achieve industry-leading guest service and food quality standards.
  • Implement brand standards and policies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and controllable costs to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene standards.
  • Basic math skills and ability to manage cash and inventory.
