Job Title: Shift Leader Back of House

Job Type: Full Time

We are a rapidly growing restaurant brand, changing the perception of the kebab world. Our mission is to provide exceptional food and an unforgettable experience for our guests. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back of House Shift Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Management team to implement brand standards and policies.
  • Ensure store operational requirements are met, including scheduling and assigning employees.
  • Comply with all requirements of Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards.
  • Manage stock levels and availability, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain proper food handling and safety standards.
  • Fill in daily paperwork and manage controllable costs to keep operations profitable.

Requirements:

  • Guest-focused mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience with high volume trading levels and stock management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work towards understanding and articulating food with integrity.
  • Understanding of P&L, budgets, and managing payroll.
