Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
- Represent our brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events.
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the alcohol industry, with experience in either on-trade or off-trade environments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is required for this role.
- Competitive Salary: Attractive basic salary with an OTE of £15,000 - £20,000 on top, based on performance.
