About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Change Enablement Specialist to join our team at Newcastle Strategic Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of IT changes and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the safe transition of software changes between development, test, and live environments.
  • Act as an escalation point when dealing with expectations and facilitate the implementation of change and release.
  • Utilize expertise from agile and traditional technical teams to drive IT change enablement.
  • Manage risk with the right controls to minimize disruptions to services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience working with IT change or release management.
  • The ability to absorb and understand complex technical environments.
  • Strong background in governance, change enablement, innovation, and improvement.
  • A keen desire to drive transformation and maturity within the function.
