Customer Service Representative French/English

At Elbrus Partners Office & Professional, we are always seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team.
We are excited to be recruiting a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our London based team.
As a native / bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in managing HNW customer inquiries from initial contact through to transaction completion, ensuring that products are delivered and stored securely.
Customer Support:
Provide high-standard customer service via phone and email in both French and English
Process Management:
Oversee the entire transaction process from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with internal procedures
Quotations:
Prepare and manage precise quotations in a dynamic trading environment, proactively following up to enhance sales and customer relations
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues in London, Paris, and Barcelona, including partnering with the sales team, to provide seamless support
Shipping Coordination:
Support customers with onboarding requirements and coordinate their shipping inquiries
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Customer Service role ideally within an e-commerce or commodity/product environment
Language Skills:
Fluent in French (native ideally) with fluency in English
