Job Title: French Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28- £30 per hour

Remote working

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking customer service representative to join our team at Evolve Recruitment. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computerized ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trilingual: Ability to communicate in English, French, and another language.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce CRM and other customer relationship management systems.
