About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our dental enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our overall strategy and business plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Work closely with our board and key stakeholders to develop an integrated strategy that drives business growth and sustainability.
  • Lead the development and implementation of robust performance management arrangements, ensuring effective reporting and management of service performance.
  • Act as a key liaison between our clinical and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a management discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in producing and analyzing healthcare data, delivering clinical activity and quality assurance reports.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing personnel, including appraisal and performance management.
