Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving customer service standards, sales growth, and site profitability in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our stores.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop plans to increase sales revenue, drive profitability, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement, to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our stores and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and store management, with a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
