About the Role

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled Events & Conference Services Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Events & Conference Services Operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the day-to-day supervision of our team, ensuring that we continue to improve our world-class standards.
  • Maintain an excellent client relationship, growing the relationship with the client and the company's staff to ensure that we consistently exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Events & Conference Services Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve our services.
  • Manage and maintain audio visual equipment and hospitality services.
  • Collate and report statistics to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of overseeing a successful events and conference service operation and managing a team within a high-end corporate or hotel environment.
  • Excellent administration skills, with the ability to deliver consistently while under pressure in an ever-changing business.
  • High attention to detail and knowledge of service excellence.
  • Experience with audio visual equipment and hospitality services is desirable.
