The Role

We are seeking an experienced Events & Conference Services Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Events & Conference Services Operation, working closely with the Events & Conference Services Manager to ensure that we continue to deliver world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the day-to-day supervision of our team, ensuring that we continue to improve our standards and instill positive ethics to motivate our team members.
  • Maintain an excellent client relationship, growing the relationship with the client and their staff to ensure that we consistently exceed expectations.
  • Manage a team within a high-end corporate or hotel environment, overseeing a successful events and conference service operation.
  • Deliver consistently under pressure in an ever-changing and evolving business, with high attention to detail and knowledge of service excellence.
  • Collate and report statistics, and experience with audio visual equipment and hospitality services is desirable.
